My first entry as a blogger.  I'm not even sure this is the appropriate category but here I go anyway.   Had to get this off my chest having listened to several to the conservative talk shows for a couple of years now.  Concerning the liberal point of view on President Bush and the Iraq war. Their constant drone on President Bush is that he is as dumb as a post and has managed to completely screw things up domestically, internationally and particularly with respect to the war in Iraq.  They turn right around in explaining their flip flopping on the war in Iraq by claiming that they lied to or otherwise kept out of the loop, particularly the intelligence, on the reasons for going to war.  This they claim led them to make poor choices in supporting the Prsidents decision to go to war and their authorizing him to do so.  My only question is this.  How did a half witted country bumpkin from Texas manage to hoodwink the entire US Congress about Iraq.  I would like to see someone in TV or radio ask this question the next time a liberal Senator or Congressman goes off on a rant about Iraq.
